Where are you trying to “update the fee url”?
Everywhere I look- wordpress settings and aweber settings it shows it like this: http://frugalfamiliesgreen.com/feed, but when I look at it for this the .com is missing from the blog post section, but is included for comments feed section. Where do I go to update this?
This is how it is shown on your plugin for my feeds.

I also have a genesis theme and it is also in there correctly.
The plugin, Simple Feed Stats, simply displays the feed URLs that already are set by WordPress. There is no setting in SFS that enables you to change your feed URLs. So something else is at play for the issue you describe.
That said, you may want to take a look at the WP General Settings:
- WordPress Address (URL)
- Site Address (URL)
It could be that there are incorrect infos specified in either/both of those locations.
They both are correct. I have used this plugin for awhile and used to work just fine.
Plugin still works great. Please understand that SFS does not make any changes to any of your feed URLs. Something may be interfering but it is not Simple Feed Stats. I recommend troubleshooting your plugins and themes to further diagnose the issue.
