Simple & AWESOME!

Desperately needed functionality to block certain domains from submitting a Formidable form. A quick Google search led me to this plugin. I was iffy because it had no reviews, hadn’t been tested on recent WP versions, and the website/links were broken. However, the plugin worked! Super simple and easy to understand. Thank you!
