hello everybody, i would like to know if there is a way to hide the writing at the bottom of my web site that says “theme by: name” or “created by: name”.
please can anyone help me with this?

Looks like you should ask the developer of the theme here:

http://themeforest.net/item/asteria-responsive-business-wordpress-theme/3515464

We have no way to support commercial themes as we don’t have access to them.

and to remove the footer credit, Open up footer.php and remove this:
