Sign Up form conflict

Seems this plugin doesn’t like to play nicely with Ultimate Facebook (http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/ultimate-facebook/). When I have Ultimate FB (which I use to auto-post from my blog & integrate FB comments) it won’t show the form on sign up/registration page (http://atlsoul.com/sign-up/). Any thoughts on what the conflict may be and how to resolve it?
