There’s something on your site (plugin or a theme) that’s causing a clash – a CSS class of “owl-hidden” is being added to your slider when the screen window goes below 1140 pixels. Now there is no SA code that does this, and SA works ok under this resolution on all other sites.
So to track this down requires a bit of a process of elimination. Firstly put the slider on another (test) page, just the slider nothing else – to test is something on your home page is clashing. If no joy then deactivate all plugins (temporarily) and test again (if this resolves the issue, then reactivate one-by-one in order to identify the plugin.
Could also be theme – try switching out the theme as a test to the WP standard 2020 theme.
Also try ticking the “DOMContentLoaded event” checkbox – under “Other Settings”.
At the first glance: Version 2.3.30 seems to have problems the plugin autoptimize. On another of my websites I have 2.3.27 and there is no conflict.
