Does anyone know how you can call a diffirent side bar to a page?

For example I have a page

http://www.kevinwiles.co.uk/about/top-10-seo-tips/

Which I want to have a unique side bar for, now I have made a custom page and called it

top10seoPage.php

And also sidebar-top10.php

But How do i call them so the side bar will appear on the above page?

I have been at this for hourse
