• Hi, there! I have a custom sidebar full of images, yet it won’t show up anymore and shows the generic sidebar instead. I can see my custom sidebar only when I’m logged into WordPress. I’ve done all of the caching stuff, so it shouldn’t be that. Any ideas?

  • When you say you’ve done all of the caching stuff, are you referring to your browser’s local cache, or the cache on the server side? It looks like you have some sort of caching plugin that you might be using? If so, try either deactivating it, or flushing the cache (there should be an option somewhere in the plugin’s settings).

Thank you for your response, CrouchingBruin!! I’m using WP Fastest Cache. I’ve deleted it, tried other plugins, flushed it, and deactivated it to no avail. What’s weird is that it randomly showed up yesterday and I hadn’t even touched the site. I’m so confused 🙁

I’m seeing the images, now. How did you fix it?

I honestly have no idea! Hours of tweaking the cache and it suddenly started working again. It must have been the cache, but it makes me nervous not knowing what caused or fixed it in case it happens again.
