Sidebar toggle not showing 720-960

Hi all

The sidebar toggle arrow to expand the sidebar at smaller widths is not showing between 720 and 960px.

Can someone point me to the line in the stylesheet I need to ficus on to fix this? I don’t see any references to this in the sidebar section of the stylesheet, so a little nudge would be super helpful 🙂
