How to add an image in class enigma_sidebar_widget_title
i want to add an images besides the widgets title..
and also in recent post i want to add a featured image…

@markquee : Go Admin -> Post , Add your Post and add your Fetured-Image there.

The default widget of wordpress not support Image in the TITLE. You might search a plugin which do the same.

what about the list in widget sidebar? can we add an image besides in the recent post? or instead of “>” icon can we replace it with featured image?

You can add image as a background of the whole page.
