Sidebar pushed to bottom

Everything was fine, I made an edit to one of my posts and now the sidebar is being pushed to the bottom of the page. I thought is my be the theme I was using but I switched back to the default and still the same thing. I also upgraded to 2.04 since – this didn’t fix the problem. Could it be a setting in my database? Here is the site –

The individual pages for the posts seem to be fine. It’s just the main page not displaying right. Thanks for any help if anyone is fimilar with this problem.
