While investigating the site, it seems that you have not added a WP Event Manager plugin widget in the Contact Page Sidebar section. So, please add a widget in the Contact Page Sidebar section by going to Dashboard > Appearance > Widget > Contact Page Sidebar as shown in the screenshot below

Note: Color Mag theme has a spearate Contact sidebar widget to display different widgets in the Contact Page.
If the issue still persists after adding a WP Event Manager plugin widget in Contact Page Sidebar then please let us know and I will be back.
