Sidebar Outbound Links

Does this plugin track outbound links in a text box on the sidebar? I’m trying to track sidebar ad clicks at http://www.kctotspot.com/ and, though I’ve tested it several times, it doesn’t seem to track them. Any suggestions? Thank you for the plugin and support!
