Maybe you would like to offer discounted prices for hosting to whomever helps you with such a seemingly basic task… thats MY suggestion.
Does a professional car driver have to know how to build roads?
Does a pc technician have to know how to program apps?
Does a vegetable merchant have to grow is own potatoes?
No they do not
A person who sells hosting should know about:
DNS configuration, Host management , networking, www, SEO, email management and etc…
I am not saying that I am a code specialist or something like it
I have my own specialties, and many of them.
And for my opinion a person who does not want to learn what he doesn’t know, or understand will never go forward with his wishes and desires
