SideBar Menu gone after update

Just updated word press, now all of the sidebar menus are gone. And when I go to Appearances/Menus – there is no long a sidebar menu option.

Hep – this is critical to web site – left side bar menu shows all courses etc, now no customers can get to that info and we just announced the launch of our web site – Crisis mode:

Any help appreciated.
