Sidebar Google Ad

I’m trying to keep a google ad to be at the bottom of the sidebar. I can place it at the 4th widget, but I want it to stay at the bottom because my 3rd widget is sticky. So just as my 3rd widget gets to the bottom the 4th widget is there. I have done it by using a 3rd party plug-in but google ads does not allow advertisements to be sticky and remain on a constant scroll.

Someone mentioned “Ads in a sidebar that doesn’t scroll with the content are considered “sticky” ads, and adsense doesn’t allow that.”
