    Hi, WordPress Community,

Just noticed that some of our sidebar content are not displayed way too often…seems to only affect the advertising units — and we’re talking about self-hosted ads, images on our site. It’s so bad that almost half the time we can expect at least one ad unit to be missing from the sidebar!

Any ideas as to why — and most importantly how to rectify this situation??

We’ve tried the usual “plugin hunt,” troubleshooting for plugin conflicts by painstakingly disabling and re-enabling each one, one by one…it doesn’t appear to be a browser ad-blocking issue, either (could go into rather technical detail upon request)…thanks in advance for all advice!!

  • I went to your site and are you talking about the mojo widget under Nominate us? Are there more ads I’m supposed to be seeing and could you tell me what comes before them in the sidebar?

Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to investigate!

We should have noted that we were talking about the “Ad Injection” plugin in particular, about its widgets…but this plugin hasn’t been updated in years now so maybe that was the reason (doh!)….

We’ve switched advertising management plugins now and things seem okay once more. Sorry for the bother — thanks again for taking the time to help out!
