It can. Do you have any widget areas to place it into? Place it on the page, and there is a max-width that can be overwritten with CSS.

Matt, I have a question. You can only do 5 businesses? I would like to feature the reviews throughout my site (gotomyrtlebeach.com). Am I reading the 5 business limit wrong or think that’s possible?
Unfortunately, that is a limit that Google enforces on its widget. Yelp limits it to 3. Facebook is the only one that doesn’t limit the number of reviews you can show (but you can only show 25 at a time).
