side by side widgets within same widget block

    I am using the evolve theme which comes with up to 4 footer widget areas. each footer widget creates its own block or square area, but they are different length because the widget contents are different lengths.

    Is it possible to create one site-wide block in the footer widget area that contains all of my widgets side by side?
