You could do that technically if you were creating your own subscription form.

@tung Wysija, I can read the post now, but this topic seem to be a little advaced to me. Could you please tell me where those code should go in order to get this done? I mean in my theme/functions.php or where? Also example shows as checkboxes can this be a select element instead?
