Showing full post under category

I am using Feedwordpress. On my first page, I have an excerpt to the post, when it is clicked it leads to a category page (still my site). I would like under the category page for the reader to be able to see the full post and/or click to the original source. Right now, when on the category page, I do not see how it is possible to see the entire post and/or get to the original site.
Please help!
