    Next to the search on the main top bar I would expect the username displayed to show the logged in status. I do not see any setting etc…what can I do pls?

    Hi @thecatim,
    Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets, And insert wpForo User Profile & Notifications Widget in wpForo Sidebar

    I got it working partially however it’s not very elegant?
    The username takes up a whole column…can the name only be displayed in the top bar?
    Tn edit modeit displays the full profile….in user view mode there are only a login / logout buttons?

    Open the widget and enable the below options`

    Hide avatar
    Hide notification bell
    Hide user data

    As attached I want the name displayed where the arrow points…where it is now the element is wasting a whole column of space

    @thecatim,
    I’m sorry, but wpForo doesn’t have the option to do that, you can only add the Notification Bell next to the Search Button.
