Show updated post & link to pagination permalink?

    Here’s the thing: i am planning to paginate my posts. However, i am likely to edit/update my posts lates on.

    I know that displaying updated posts on the main/home page is possible. But can i edit things so instead of showing it in this format:

    POST TITLE (links to post)
    – post excerpt
    -‘continue reading'(links to post)

    it would be:

    POST TITLE (links to post)
    – added ‘page’ (links to added page/content to post)
