If I understand what you are asking, you would like a function that you may call within a template that will display the top 10 posts like the widget does?

Yes ;-), that would be great. And if possible of the last 30 days.
Ok, this request is very similar to Clifford Paulicks request for more display options. I will include this within the next few releases.

There might be. I’ll look into this for a future release.
