Show Tooltip above the widget

Love this plugin and currently using on my intranet site.

Is there a way that when I hover over the name, it shows the tooltip image (photo) above the birthday widget?

Reason for this, is that I have a another widget below this one and the image is showing behind this other widget. Therefore, I cannot see the image since it shows below the birthday widget.
