show this week posts with query_posts

Hi, I’m trying to show the list of posts published this week. I use posts in my site with future-is-now plugin to show events, actually I show this week events by including current week posts in some category.
But this way to proceed is boring when you have a lot of events, so I’m trying to do it by code automatically.

How can I do this?
