Is it possible to display just one attribute, just the first 2 attributes, or attributes by specific name?

You could uncheck the box for “Visible on the product page” for those attributes which you don’t want to show.
That box has to be checked for the attributes to appear on the single product page and Shop page. This option is found on the Edit Product page, under each individual attribute setting.
If you uncheck that box, the attribute will not be shown on the single product page or Shop page. However, it will still show up on the rest of the places as described in the plugin description. So, this is not a full solution. I will add this feature request to the to-do list for a future release.

Unfortunately this is not the solution for me.
I’d like to show the checked attributes on the page, and only the shipping costs and shipping speed above the ‘add to cart’ button.
Hopefully this works in a new update of this plugin!

In my case, I don’t want the entire custom attributes on my shop page but only several of them..

WooCommerce Show Attributes version 1.4.1 was just released. It adds 16 new options to give you more control over where to show the attributes. The settings have moved. They are now located at WooCommerce Settings –> Products tab –> WC Show Attributes.
Also, the “Visible on the product page” setting for each attribute is now honored everywhere. It will override all of this plugin’s settings. If the “Visible on the product page” is unchecked, that attribute will not be shown.

I’m still wondering if I can only show 1 or 2 attributes above the ‘add to cart’ button.
I just want to display the attributes ‘shipping speed’ & ‘shipping costs’.
All the other attributes who have the “Visible on the product page” checked, need to be displayed in the ‘Additional Information’ tab.
This should make this plugin so much more useful!

I’m also need in functionality, which previous commentor named. Every product containing about 50 attributes, but visitors generally interested in 5-6
I hope you could realise it in the next update

Above “Add to Cart” need to show the picture of the attribute value
For example:
Attribute: Country. Value: Italy. – Picture of Value “Italy” near the string.
