I’ve only just thought could be nice to have the review knob on the thumbnail of the post (on home and archive pages), on top left or bottom left.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to show the rating after the post title.
Thank you for your suggestion regarding the thumbnail. We always appreciate receiving feedback and suggestions from our customers (we encourage that) as it gives us the opportunity to improve our products, we can’t promise it will be added to the product for sure.

@poonam9 why isn’t this possible? I would also like to show the review score/table on a posts on the homepage when it’s submitted?
One can, of course, customize the plugin code to have reviews on the Homepage. Note that different themes have different Homepage layouts. Hence, it is required to keep the design in mind when editing the code for having the review.
Apart from that, using Pro shortcodes you can also add a table or product grid to the Homepage:

It is not exactly what you need but can suffice it if you do not want to customize the code.
