show popup on specific query string

    Hi

    Is it possible to show a popup when the URL has a specific query string?

    I would like to show a ‘welcome’ when people confirm subscription on mailing via mailchimp platform. After subcription confirmation, I can send the user back to the website … where I want to show then a popup immediat on page load when given querystring is available.
