Show parent page with include parameter

    Hello.
    Why not to use in the plugin the function ‘pagelist_unqprfx_norm_params’ with ‘include’ parameter?

    'include' => pagelist_unqprfx_norm_params($include)

    This small change in the code may be useful to show tree menus where is need a parent page to be displayed.
