Hi,
I am creating a site for a rescue group.
We need to have a table of lost or found cats chip numbers. So if a person is looking for his/her pet they can search using chip number. But to avoid misuse, we need to hide the current found chips so nobody can wrongly claim a pet.
Can I get it done using this plugin?

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

I’m not exactly sure that I understand. You want to search for these numbers, but not expose a full list of them beforehand?

You could maybe take a look at the TablePress Row Filter Extension from https://tablepress.org/extensions/row-filter/ for this, together with the idea of using an external form, like https://wordpress.org/support/topic/search-from-another-page?replies=8
