Show only available opening hours

Hi!
I’ve this plugin installed on Berg WP theme.
My restaurant is opened from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
When I try to make a booking selecting the hour I have to scroll a lot (from 0:00 AM to 7:30 PM). It’s not very comfortable.
Is there a way to show only the opening hours?Many thanks,
