Show/Hide Section Based on Category

Hi
I have an ad above the Header and i would like to show a different ad based on the Post Category.. i.e. If the user is see ing a post that is a part of “Cell Phone” Category a specific ad will be shown and if they are in “Internet” Category a specific ad will be shown.
I see there is a way to do it based on post ID but I would like to add multiple conditions based on section and do it based on Post Category and post title.
