Show Extra Profile Fields => Are labels possible?

It is great to be able to check the Settings > Extra profile fields > Show fields in profile checkbox and see these imported columns on the User Profile!

Is there anyway to add the different names similar to how the Export allows different labels for the fields in the export such as “end_date=>End date (Y-m-d)” ?
