• Hi,

    When I select “Show DHL Account Rates” I’m receiving:

    “There are no shipping methods available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”

    When It’s deselected I’m receiving Live rates.

    I asked my DHL supplier if my account number is right. Because I don’t know what possible else could be the cause of that message.

    Any pointers?
