Show Autors profile page

Hello,

I,ve searched the whole internet but i cant seem to find it.

When you register at a wordpress site you can set youre name, password, email etc etc.
Also additional info.

But Why??
Because i cant seem to get the profiles live to see them.
So i can see there eamil adress, yahoo m etc.

How can i get this thing figured out??

I just want a page were the peoples profile can be seen by others with info about them self, like twitter account, facebook, linkedin.
(i,ve changed this all in the users profiles, but how can i set it to realy show it on a page or so.
