Should I code or use a plugin?

Hi,

I have a question about an affiliate site. however, it is not one of the usual affiliate programs. So I would like to know if any plugin can realize this scenario or if I should code it myself. Of course, a plugin would be faster and cheaper. 😉 Here is my scenario:

Several animal shelters join forces and want to create a joint project for animal sponsorships. It should look like this: each animal shelter can present individual animals. Users can sponsor these animals by paying money to animal shelters.

Technically it would all be very simple (a kind of web catalog with animals), the problem is the financial processing: Let’s assume a user buys a sponsorship for an animal for 100 euros. The following sub-steps must be completed:

1) USER:
The user sees an interface in which he can enter his address. After the data has been entered, he sees an interface for the payment process. He pays the 100 euros for the animal.

2) SHELTER: The shelter that presented the animal receives $ 90 in its account. The animal shelter must be able to create an invoice and send it to the user via the website.

3) THE SITE OPERATOR: The operator of the website receives a credit of 10 euros on his account. The site operator automatically bills the shelter for $ 10

Sounds difficult. 😉 But maybe there is already a premade solution. (?) Does anybody know if there is a plugin that can realize this scenario? It would also be OK if the plugin can only take over part of the tasks and the rest would have to be programmed.
