If I place a shortcode in a post, it seem to be truncated out of the post excerpt on the front/blog page. Is this normal behavior?

Hi mikeroselli. A shortcode from the theme? A shortcode plugin? What does the shortcode do? If you can post a link to your site with an example, that would be helpful. Thanks.

It’s a custom shortcode I added, in relation to this thread:

I installed another plugin called Shortcodes Anywhere and Everywhere, which solved this, but didn’t finish solving the other thread. We can close this one.
