What happens to shortcodes used in posts when they’re converted to Apple News Format? Does this plugin take the output to display it like the public can see on the frontend?

Some shortcodes might not be supported by Apple News. If you want to remove or alter them before output, you can use the filter apple_news_exporter_content_pre:
