Shortcodes for post in the blog

Hi,
I have a web with Enfold Theme and BuddyPress.
When users want post in the blog they go to Dashboard => New Entry/Post, so now they are into administration section.

But I don’t want that user entry in Dashboard in order to introduce a post in my blog.
I’d like that users can introduce a post, without entry in Daschboard.
So, I look for a shortcodes that let users introduce a post from a FORM located in a normal page of my web.
Is that possible with a shortcodes?
