I have the same issue! An as I can see more people are having this same trouble, please help! This is my site
For me it’s ninja forms shortcode,
As you see the shortcode works on homepage but not inside Icegram popup.
I’m having the same problem – it seems to work if you are logged in, but it stops working when I try viewing the the site incognito mode.

I downgraded the plugin to version 1.8.1 and it’s working again. You can download the older version from github: https://github.com/wp-plugins/icegram/releases.

We are aware about this issue.
We have solved this issue on our development environment and soon we will release new version.
No need to downgrade the version , instead contact us at “hello@icegram.com” we will provide you a patch so that all works fine.
We have provided this to some client and it works.

Same here, the preview shows my shortcode button perfectly, but when it is active on the site it doesn’t show the button but the actual shortcode string.
I don’t have it activated on my site now because of that so sharing my Url is pointless. Hope you have enough input to fix it though. If you still can’t reproduce let me know to see if I can help 🙂

yesterday it worked, today it doesn’t.
the box to input the email is gone, it just has the button now, and the pop up closes.

Please check that “Use Opt-in / Subscription / Lead capture form” option is checked.
If it is not checked and only have button label in message then form will not be display.
If it is checked and still form is not visible then please give us a screenshot and contact us at: hello@icegram.com

Shortcodes still don’t work in 1.9.4.

If you have checked the “Cache Friendly” option from Icegram > Settings then uncheck that option and check whether shortcode is working or not.
If it is unchecked and still shortcode does not work then please give us a shortcode plugin name and screenshot of shortcode output and contact us at: hello@icegram.com
