Shortcodes Disabled on Site Copy

    Greetings, Is there a way to disable the shortcode disable feature? I noticed that whenever I copy/duplicate/restore a site all the shortcodes are disabled by default…

    It doesn’t appear to happen right away. For example, I can restore a site, everything looks good, then I’ll come back later and all the shortcodes will be disabled.

    This sounds strange? Does the site restore manipulate data within the database?

    Just to let you know I get this too.
    I use Updraft to script out the DB, then I appy this to the new site database. It should be an exact copy but either does not seem to be or it screws something up somewhere.
