Shortcodes are including content auto inserted by other plugins

When using a short code, I’m getting duplicate content from other plugins that generate sharing tools & youtube embeds based on the post type/taxonomy (posts, pages, etc..).

Is there any php I could include in the shortcode that keeps wordpress from identifying it as a page or post type?

Some plugins I use will auto generate content & tools according to taxonomies…
