Shortcodes appearing on website

    I have been trying for 10 days to get support for Longevity Pro but to no avail even though I have paid for it and for the tech support. Even when I cut and paste the shortcode as explained and without making any alterations, it does not work as the ode appears on my website, buttons do not appear as buttons, headers are not headings, not centred etc. I also see that two years ago someone posted about black lines appearing on the banner on the front page and you posted a short term fix for it, but the problem is still happening and the fix does not seem to work now.
    I would like to get Longevity Pro working properly, but after 10 days and hours of trying many things, I have finally asked for a refund, but there is no contact number for the company and my request is just sitting in a forum where the other queries go unanswered. Now that I have found this page, I hope that maybe someone can help me resolve the issues….???

    I’m sorry but you’re not going to get that here either. The author is not permitted to support you here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
