Shortcode want more shorter

    I need a solution about WordPress Plugin Shortcode, I made a custom plugin and create a short code like “[tikwebfootballTitle teamyear='1996,1997' gender='Boys' format='fulltext']“, I want to short more like [U9697BF] that return same value, Shorter shortcode format details meaning is {U=Bydefault, 9697=Year, B=Boys(mean gender), F=fulltext (means format type) },
    IS it possible? if possible then how?
    Can someone help me or give any example?
