Shortcode usage and nl issue

Hi, good plugin I have this two questions about newsletters:

– I want to show the newsletter form on the sidebar so I created a new newsletter and copy the shortcode and paste on a widget and doesn’t work, is this possible?

– I enable the GDPR option on newsletter edit and it’s showed on the live preview, but when the popup is published the option didn’t appear on the form.
