Shortcode tag inserted twice in one tag

Hi,
Great plugin, however, after upgrading to 3.7.1, the plugin inserts a shortcode with the same tag two times, like {shortcode,shortcode}whatever{/shortcode,shortcode}
What is causing that, and how can I change this?
