shortcode popup issue

Hi,

We are using your plugin in our website. I updated the all plugins in our website. Previously the short popup not saved the shortcode. After update the plugin now the shortcode popup save the shortcode. But my problem is when I include the shortcode popup in page or post the page was not loaded means the content was not displaying. It doesn’t display the content.
Please help me.
