Shortcode plugin not working

Hi,
Having some short code problems. I see lot of shortcodes starting with [/vc_column_text][vc_sin… etc I don’t see any plugins that are disabled or need updating. Not sure why the website decided to do this. What can I do to fix it? It has affected the whole website.
