Right now this is not an option built into Rich Reviews. It certainly would be a nice shortcode parameter to have access to. I will throw this on the list of features to add for the next update. In the meantime, the length of the excerpt it hard coded into the plugin on line 76 of event-view.php at the location /includes/views/event-view.php. You can simply manipulate this number and it will alter the length of the excerpt for your event description in the event-list display. Here is an image of the line in the file.
