Shortcode not working under the widget in a text

Shortcode not working for me in widget section. I have a row with 4 column. In 1st column I need to display my feeds and rest column We are using for some other things. But when I put that shortcode in a text then its not working. I am using this [feedzy-rss feeds=”http://blog.asldistribution.com/blog/rss.xml”%5D but not working for me. Its display text same as it is. Any idea?
